The industry averages are gathered from various data providers who have been reporting on industry averages for years. We then take the industry averages and run them through our proprietary Kudos algorithm to develop the industry average Kudos Score.
The Max Connect benchmark is generated from our top performing client campaigns within each industry. This provides you with a higher benchmark that is above industry average and is specific to your peer set.
