Greg Weeks has been named to the 2026 Salt Lake City Titan 100, recognizing Utah’s top executive leadership.
The Titan 100 program honors 100 C-level leaders across public and private sectors in key markets nationwide. This year marks the inaugural class for Salt Lake City, and the timing carries extra weight for our team. Greg is in his eighth year leading Max Connect Digital, guiding the agency through a period of sustained momentum and expansion.
Bringing a Tech Mindset to Agency Marketing
Greg didn’t spend his early career inside the traditional digital agency bubble. Before joining Max Connect, he led sales and marketing functions across the tech sector for nearly two decades.
That background proved to be an immediate asset in an evolving industry.
“When I joined Max Connect, I found that my experience in technology played really well with digital marketing, because digital marketing is all about data and analytics,” says Greg. “My experience running companies, combined with my understanding of data and analytics, allowed me to help clients in a unique way.”
Bridging tech-style analytics with full-service marketing execution gave Max Connect a distinct edge right as clients began demanding deeper performance accountability.
Scaling by 187%
During Greg's eight years as CEO, Max Connect Digital has grown by 187%, expanding to 2.87 times its previous size.
Maintaining that trajectory meant navigating real external headwinds: the operational whiplash of COVID, client supply chain bottlenecks, and recent pullbacks on ad spend. Under Greg's direction, the agency actively protected itself through vertical diversification.
“Instead of being highly concentrated on just one or two industries, our diversification has allowed us to level out the ups and downs that are inevitable across multiple industries,” Greg explains.
Rapid headcount and account expansion brought internal operational lessons as well:
“Processes, systems, and technology become more important as you get bigger,” says Greg, pointing to the deliberate infrastructure investments made to support the team’s pace.
The Inaugural Titan 100 Gala
Greg accepted the award at the Salt Lake City Titan 100 celebration on August 27 at the Utah State Fairpark. While the event recognized his eight years of leadership, for Greg and the agency, the milestone serves as a launchpad rather than a finish line.
The event brought together 100 of Utah’s C-level leaders for an evening celebrating leadership, growth, and impact. It gave honorees across industries a chance to connect and recognize what’s being built in Utah.
Ready to Take Bigger Swings
With an established operational foundation, the agency is set on competing on a wider national stage.
“Max Connect Digital has such a solid base of people, methodologies, and technologies, and we are ready to take bigger swings,” Greg says. “Whether that is with larger, nationwide clients or partnerships with some of the most well-known companies in the nation.”
Congratulations to Greg and the entire 2026 Salt Lake City Titan 100 honorees!
